- For female candidates applying for Contract Medical Officer- Field Duty (Offshore): Upper age limit is 45 years as of the last date of application. Female employees can be posted to offshore after attaining 45 years of age, subject to medical clearance.
- There is no maximum age limit for other posts.

- Contract Medical Officer – Ophthalmology: MD / MS (Ophthalmology)
